Chinese Dragon:

The Mechanical Correction

Focus: A critique of human engineering, from the One-Child Policy to the rise of the algorithmic state.

China tried to ‘engineer’ humanity with the One-Child Policy. Failed (demographic void). Europe tried to ‘engineer’ humanity with welfare thinking and ideology. Failed (just look at the sinking, squabbling steamboat).

And now? Now comes attempt number three: The technological correction. If humans are too difficult, we simply replace them with a controllable algorithm.

Look at that Chinese dragon: no longer a living creature, but a machine on a remote control. The Old World is stagnating in noise; the New World is a cold machine.

Time to keep the plug in our own hands.
