A First Conversation

Over the course of my career, I have seen social movements rise, flourish, fragment and disappear. Most of them did not fail because of a lack of passion. They failed because they lost touch with reality.

Good intentions gradually became ideology. Communities became tribes. Purpose became identity.

We take a different approach.

Before extending a hand to others, one must first learn how to stand properly on one's own feet. Before supporting a community, one must develop character, judgement and responsibility.

We are not looking for followers. We are not looking for soldiers.

We are looking for Authors, Ambassadors and Ring Leaders who are willing to learn, contribute, grow and help others grow.

We value character over labels, conduct over identity, and contribution over demographics.

We respect you as much as we respect ourselves. No more. No less.

Before We Begin

This first stage is about getting acquainted.

We are not asking for a full curriculum vitae, photographs, references, certificates or confidential information.

We simply want to learn who you are, where you come from, what motivates you and whether there is sufficient common ground to continue the conversation.

If both parties develop sufficient trust, a more formal process may be initiated later.

We normally respond within two working days and will propose a suitable time for an introductory conversation.
